Getting Started with IREM Templates

How do I access IREM templates?
IREM templates are available to all members through the Propdocs platform. To access these templates:

  1. Log in to your Propdocs account.
  2. Navigate to the "Templates" section.
  3. Select "IREM" from the list of Creators.

IREM Template Library

The Institute of Real Estate Manegement is constantly reviewing and adding to their template library which currently contains over two hundreds templates relating to all aspects of real estate management including:

To view a complete list of IREM Templates, log in to Propdocs, go to the Templates section, and there you can click to view all the IREM templates. While viewing a template you can also click "Use Template" button at the top right to being drafting an agreement in an existing or new Deal.

Fully Editable IREM Templates

IREM members get access to Fully Editable Templates.

These are fully editable documents that you have complete control over, including all text and formatting. This is the preferred option when you are redrafting clauses and have legal counsel revieiwng the contract that wants to make more signifiacnt changes.

You can also track changes and add comments to ensure you don't miss anything that was updated in the document.

  • Issue: Cannot edit the template
    Solution: While the templates themselves cannot be edited, you can create documents to begin drafting the agreement.
