How do I manage teammate access to a deal?

To manage and view who has access to a particular deal, navigate to Manage Participants in the Deal Overview Page.

Viewing who has access:

The Counterparty team will be listed in the “Counterparty” tab.

All of your teammates will be listed in the “Your Deal Team” tab.

Removing teammate deal access:

To remove a teammates access to a deal, click the trash icon beside their permissions

Adding existing teammate to deal:

To add give an existing teammate deal access, select the “Existing Team Members” dropdown and select the teammates who you would like to grant deal access to.

Adding new teammate to deal:

To invite a new user to have deal access, select the “Invite New Team Members” button and input a valid email (or multiple) in the confirmation screen. The invited emails will be given access to this deal only.
