How do I change the invited Counterparty?

To remove deal access from the other party in the agreement, navigate to the Deal Overview page and click the “Manage Participants” button

1. • If the counterparty has yet to accept the deal invite, click “Cancel” in the “Counterparty” tab to remove the other parties access to the Deal.
     
     
     
     
   • If the counterparty has already accepted the deal invite, click “Remove” in the “Counterparty” tab to remove the other parties access to the Deal*
     
     
     

*The counterparties access cannot be removed after the deal invite was accepted if there are any documents shared with the counterparty or they have created documents in the deal themselves.
