Manage Participants – Document Sidebar
If you are looking to get a full picture of who can access your document look no further than the new participants panel in the document sidebar. You can manage your deal team, invite the counterparty, and see who has access to view this document all from the document’s sidebar. Documents in ‘Draft’ and ‘Uploaded’ statuses remain in view of your team only and can be shared with the counterparty at your discretion.
