PDF Strikeouts and Comments
Negotiations with PDF documents and forms have been improved with the ability to strikethrough and comment on text inside of the document. Use these features internally or with your counterparty to communicate and reflect changes needed in the document uploaded.
No Review Required
Want to share a document you uploaded with your counterparty without requesting a review from them? Documents which do not require a review can now be shared with ease! Both teams can access the document at the same time allowing for a full picture of the deal for everyone.
Create Document from Blank
The new ‘create document from blank’ feature allows you and your team additional flexibility when creating a document in Propdocs. Your document may not fit any of your team’s pre-created templates. In those cases, use the Blank Document option when creating a new document.
