Template Publishing

Team members with Template access can now make suggestions to Templates in Draft state, allowing users with the new Template Manager permission to approve and Publish templates. This allows a much more productive internal review process for managing templates and clauses.

You can now export documents to Microsoft Word! Whether you want a local copy to work on outside of Propdocs, or you want to send a DocX to a counterparty via our Send Via Email feature, we’ve got you covered! We’ve also given Organizations the ability to choose to prevent documents created form specific templates to be exported as Word files.
