We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates with you in this month’s Propdocs release. We’ve introduced several new features that will enhance your contract management experience, including PDF Attachments, Page Management in PDFs, and Restricted Doc Strike-Outs.
New Feature: PDF Attachments
Managing exhibits and other supporting documents alongside your contracts is now easier than ever with our PDF Attachments feature. You can add, arrange, and automatically append PDF attachments directly to your contracts, making the entire process seamless and organized.
- Add and Arrange Attachments: Upload and reorder your PDF attachments during drafting or negotiation.
- Automatic Append at Signing: When it’s time to sign, Propdocs automatically appends your attachments to the end of the contract – no more manual merging or tracking down extra files.
This feature is ideal for adding exhibits, signed agreements, or other documents to your contracts.
New Feature: Page Management in PDFs
We’re also introducing Page Management in PDFs, a feature that allows you to add, insert, and reorder pages in both PDF Templates and PDF Documents. This makes it easy to customize documents or templates to fit your specific needs.
- Add and Insert Pages: Whether you’re working on a contract template or an existing document, you can now insert additional pages wherever needed.
- Reorder Pages: Need to adjust the flow of your document? Rearrange pages in just a few clicks to ensure everything is in the right order.
This feature is perfect for customizing PDF templates or rearranging the layout of multipage documents before sending them out for review or signature.
New Feature: Strike-Out Text in Restricted Documents
In addition to these powerful PDF features, we’ve also added the ability to Strike-Out Text in restricted documents. This feature allows you to strike out any text in areas of the contract that aren’t applicable, without permanently deleting them. For instance, when working with a standard contract template, you can strike out certain clauses or sections that don’t apply to a specific deal. This keeps the original text intact while clearly marking what has been excluded, offering more flexibility in contract customization.
