This month we’ve introduced exciting features which allow you to gain access to templates from professional organizations you are a member of, and to create templates that only permit users to edit specified content.
Organization Memberships
Add multiple different associations and organizations to your account and draft documents with access to templates from those associations. Your templates will never be out of date, as the latest changes made by the organization will be reflected every time you select a template. Don’t see your professional association listed? Restricted Editing
With the new restricted editing feature, you can create templates and specify specific content which can be edited when that template is used to draft a new document. Restricted editing adds an additional layer of security to ensure only the parts of the template are editable by teammates who are drafting documents in Propdocs.
